Position Summary: We are in search of a seasoned 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and several years of experience in overseeing production operations. This role will involve managing a team of 16-20 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all manufacturing processes, production management, and post-production activities to ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve product and process-related issues effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies concerning capacity, materials, labor needs, and cost efficiencies.
  • Manage workflow to meet production targets while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Design and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Maintain and manage production systems and equipment efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on relevant performance metrics.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
  • Review and adjust timekeeping records for production personnel.
