OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Become an integral part of the Press-Seal Corporation team as a Product Innovation Engineer, where you will undertake a multifaceted role within the organization. Your duties will encompass the ideation, design, validation, and oversight of new products from initial concept through to production execution. This role demands creativity, resourcefulness, and exceptional analytical skills. You will also engage in the selection of materials and processes within a manufacturing context, develop machinery layouts, organize workflows, conduct production analyses, and assess costs to align with corporate objectives.

As a member of the product innovation team, your focus will be on the design and development of sealing solutions for diverse sectors. You will also assist in the creation of molds, extrusion dies, and various tools and fixtures. Overseeing projects from inception to production, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

With a strong emphasis on enhancing manufacturability, you will devise manufacturing systems aimed at boosting efficiency. Your responsibilities will include researching mechanisms, components, or systems and collaborating with production teams to refine processes and products. You will troubleshoot issues, analyze data, propose solutions, and document engineering improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
