Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage marketing and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive ticket sales
  • Oversee media buying agencies and media services to ensure effective and efficient use of marketing budgets
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and engage with customers
  • Collaborate with tour press agents and marketing representatives to promote events and develop marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with press and media outlets to secure coverage and promote events
  • Oversee the development and implementation of event and added value promotions to enhance the customer experience
  • Manage sponsorship sales, fulfillment, and corporate partnerships to drive revenue and growth
  • Develop and manage season ticket programs, sales initiatives, and subscriber services to increase customer loyalty and retention
  • Monitor and evaluate brand quality initiatives to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the AEG website, social media, and email marketing strategies to engage with customers and promote events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing
  • Minimum 10 years of industry and management experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Macintosh, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, maintain composure under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate in a manner that is motivating, influential, and convincing
What We Offer:

AEG offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, as well as an annual discretionary bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, health savings account, life insurance, and other insurance plans.
