As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing emotional support, and connecting customers with relevant resources and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers affected by natural disasters

* Provide emotional support and empathy to customers in distress

* Connect customers with relevant resources and services, including housing, financial aid, and recovery services

* Assess each customer's unique situation to provide the most relevant and appropriate solutions or referrals

**Requirements:**

* Demonstrated ability to connect with individuals facing extreme hardship and provide genuine emotional support

* Excellent communication skills, especially in high-stress, emotionally charged situations

* Strong customer-first mentality with experience in providing timely and efficient solutions

* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for this position
