Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for the check-in and check-out process, providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include answering general questions regarding local entertainment, hotel hours of operation, services, and facilities, as well as assisting with guest requests.

Provide efficient and courteous Front Desk service in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences
Offer various services and products to guests, ensuring they meet their needs and exceed expectations
Represent the brand at all times, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
Reporting Structure
The Front Desk Agent reports directly to the Room Division Manager and Front Desk Managers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
