Front Desk Manager

As a Front Desk Manager at Marriott International Inc, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office functions. You will supervise staff, assist with administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing guest records, handling complaints, and resolving issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Marriott International Inc offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $72,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
