The RoleWe are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team at one of our beautiful locations. As the primary point of contact for our members and guests, you will be the face of WeWork and play a critical role in creating a welcoming and inclusive community environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail and package handling, and ensure that the space is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support the Community Management team with maintaining the front desk operations throughout the day.
- Be an expert in WeWork products and services, and promote them to our members and guests.
- Illustrate WeWork's core values and work towards achieving our mission.
