Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room merchandising and upselling
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
  • Must be able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations, including handling guest objections and disputes
