Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to float between production stations and assist in multiple areas of our organization. If you have a background in large-format printing, bindery, digital color printing, and more, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain large-format printers, digital color printers, and bindery equipment
Efficiently transition between various production stations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
Perform finishing work such as cutting, laminating, mounting, binding, and packaging
Quality-check finished products to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations
Collaborate with team members to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and assist in equipment maintenance as needed
Ensure a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocol

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a print production environment, preferably in large format, bindery, and digital color printing
Familiarity with production software and equipment, including printers, cutters, laminators, and bindery machines
Ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly to various tasks and production stations
Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Available to work 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Monday - Friday
