Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at ITT, Inc. in Hebron, KY. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to stakeholders.
  • Financial Operations and Management
    • Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Manage and supervise a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Financial Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
    • Develop and implement strategies to minimize financial exposure and maximize returns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience
    • Five to Seven years related experience in finance.
  • Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
    • Proven experience with financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial operations.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of financial professionals.
