Palliative Care Medical Director

Salem Health is seeking a Medical Director to lead our established Palliative Care team and provide services to patients.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach, strong relationships, and a commitment to patient-centric care.
As a Medical Director, you will work closely with a dedicated team of physicians, Social Workers, RNs, and support staff to provide high-quality care.
Our group offers a flexible four-day work week with dedicated clinical and administrative days.
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted Oregon medical license
- Graduated from an approved school of medicine
- ABMS/AOA Board Certification in a medical or surgical specialty
- American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (ABHPM) certification or completion of a Palliative Medicine Fellowship
- At least three years of hospital experience in Palliative Care
- Leadership experience preferred
