Job Description

The Regional Sales Representative is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a designated territory. This individual will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product experts and sales teams, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends.
  • Participate in local and national trade shows to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales role, preferably in the manufacturing or software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
