Position Summary
This role is pivotal in driving product innovation and enhancement within the Nutrition Meals & Drinks Category. You will engage actively in the qualification and integration of new ingredients, execute technical line trials, and provide innovative solutions while offering technical guidance to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Ingredient Qualification**: Assist in the onboarding of new ingredients essential for the Meals and Drinks portfolio, ensuring compliance with Nestlé Nutrition standards.
2. **Technical Support**: Serve as a primary resource for internal and external factories, offering coaching and knowledge transfer to enhance troubleshooting capabilities.
3. **Product Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Marketing, to develop and launch innovative products and processes.
4. **Continuous Improvement**: Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing existing products and processes in alignment with local business requirements.
5. **Compliance and Quality Assurance**: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the food industry.
- Familiarity with aseptic, retort, and hot fill technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with fruit and vegetable raw materials is preferred.

Skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with a focus on effective team collaboration and timely solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Globe SAP.
