Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In House Marketing Agent Call Center Specialist to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Call Handling: Handle and perform heavy outbound call volume, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize approved sales scripts to promote our vacation ownership products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter customer data into our sales centers' systems, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other team members, department leaders, marketing managers, and business and resort operations teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Persuasion and Communication: Ability to persuade clients through building value and changing their minds to attend sales presentations.
  • Active Listening: Must be able to give full attention to input received to use during sales conversations.
  • Problem-Solving and Customer Service: Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Service Orientation: Candidate must have a strong service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, to suit business needs.
  • Call Center Experience: Minimum of 6 months call center customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience required.
