Position Overview:
As an Outbound Marketing Specialist, you will:
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls effectively.
  • Adhere to the established sales script consistently.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the Sales Centers' systems.
  • Conduct soft scoring of guests when necessary.
  • Meet predetermined tour flow targets set by management.
  • Collaborate with team members, including Department Leaders, Marketing Managers, and Resort Operations teams.
  • Assist with pre-arrival communications.
  • Schedule and confirm tour appointments efficiently.
  • Handle all rescheduling requests.
  • Provide follow-up concierge services as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
  • Deliver promotional materials to resort rooms.
  • Compile and report daily performance metrics to management.
  • Conduct daily confirmation calls.
  • Assist at the lobby marketing desk when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence clients by demonstrating value.
  • Active Listening: Must attentively process information to aid in closing sales.
  • Communication: Exceptional listening and verbal skills are essential.
  • Pressure Management: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong problem-solving and service skills are necessary.
  • Professionalism: Must exhibit a friendly demeanor and professional conduct.
  • Independence: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Multitasking: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a call center or customer service role is required.
  • Salesforce Familiarity: Experience with Salesforce applications is a plus.

Compensation:
During the training period, the hourly wage is $18.00, plus commissions and bonuses. Post-training, compensation will align with the state's minimum wage, plus commissions and bonuses.
