Position Summary:
As an Outbound Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission by engaging with potential clients through high-volume outbound calls. Your ability to adhere to our established sales script will be essential in effectively communicating our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct a significant volume of outbound calls to prospective clients.
2. Follow the approved sales script to ensure consistent messaging.
3. Accurately input data into our Sales Centers system, including soft scoring of guests when necessary.
4. Meet predetermined tour flow targets as set by management.
5. Collaborate with team members, including Department Leaders, Marketing Managers, and Resort Operations teams.
6. Assist with pre-arrival communications and properly schedule tour appointments.
7. Manage rescheduling requests and provide follow-up concierge services.
8. Prepare and distribute chase materials to enhance client engagement.
9. Compile and send daily performance metrics to regional management.
10. Conduct daily confirmation calls and assist at the lobby marketing desk as needed.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong persuasive skills to encourage clients to attend sales presentations.
- Excellent active listening and communication abilities.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and self-motivated attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
