Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a high volume of outbound calls.
- Adhere to the established sales script.
- Perform accurate data entry within the Sales Centers' systems.
- Conduct soft scoring of guests as necessary.
- Achieve predetermined tour flow targets set by management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, including Department Leaders, Marketing Managers, and Resort Operations teams.
- Assist with pre-arrival communications.
- Schedule and confirm tour appointments accurately.
- Handle all rescheduling requests.
- Provide follow-up concierge services as needed.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
- Deliver marketing materials to resort rooms.
- Compile and send daily performance reports to the Region.
- Make daily confirmation calls.
- Support the lobby marketing desk as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The qualifications listed below represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required for success:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence clients by building value and encouraging attendance at sales presentations.
- Active Listening: Must attentively process information received to facilitate closing.
- Strong communication skills with exceptional listening abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer Service Orientation: Excellent problem-solving and service skills are essential.
- Professional demeanor and articulate communication.
- Friendly, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to multitask effectively, including reading, typing, and conversing simultaneously.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in call center customer service, reservations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with sales force applications is a plus.

Compensation:
During the training period, the hourly wage is $18.00, plus commissions and bonuses. Following training, compensation will align with the state's minimum wage, in addition to commissions and bonuses.
