Role Summary:
As an Outbound Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission by engaging with potential clients through high-volume outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Adhering to established sales scripts while effectively communicating with clients.
  • Accurate data entry for Sales Centers and ensuring guest information is correctly recorded.
  • Maintaining designated tour flow targets as set by management.
  • Collaborating with team members, including Department Leaders and Marketing Managers, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conducting pre-arrival calls to prepare guests for their upcoming experiences.
  • Scheduling and managing tour appointments, including handling reschedules.
  • Providing follow-up concierge services as necessary.
  • Preparing and distributing promotional materials to enhance guest engagement.
  • Reporting daily performance metrics to the regional team.
  • Making confirmation calls to ensure guest participation.
  • Assisting at the lobby marketing desk when required.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong persuasive skills to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Exceptional listening abilities to engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly and self-motivated attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with sales force applications is a plus.
