About the Role

The Senior Manager of Creative Services will oversee the creative output for agency clients and brands from initial concept development to final production. This position necessitates a blend of creative and technical expertise, along with strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of integrated marketing communication tools and will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the creative team. A successful applicant will have proficiency across various creative disciplines, including HubSpot and the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as familiarity with software pertinent to modern marketing needs, such as graphic design, video editing, analytics, project management, and social media marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborating with account teams to identify client requirements

· Initiating creative project kickoffs

· Leading the formulation of creative and project briefs

· Facilitating brainstorming sessions with creative and account teams

· Managing and motivating the creative team

· Monitoring budget expenditures against forecasts

· Overseeing daily operations related to creative production

· Addressing issues that may impede progress

· Conducting analyses to ensure projects adhere to brand standards and objectives

· Proposing workflow enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs

· Presenting findings to account teams and clients as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, mass/multimedia, communications, business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in design and creative project management
  • A strategic mindset with a proven ability to address clients' business challenges and deliver creative solutions
  • Experience in creative oversight and/or brand management with direct management of in-house teams and vendors, preferably within an advertising agency or internal marketing department.
  • Strong team management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrable experience in developing successful marketing concepts and branding initiatives as part of a cohesive campaign
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and web-based protocols (HTML, XML, Flash, Dreamweaver, Director, JavaScript).

This is a hybrid position requiring some travel and occasional evening and weekend work.
