Brightcore Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, client relationships, and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the energy efficiency and renewable energy markets.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Brightcore Energy remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of the energy efficiency and renewable energy markets, including industry trends, technologies, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
