About the Position:
- Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor expenses, and control operating costs to ensure maximum profitability.
- Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Communicate directly with customers to assess their needs, provide information, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
