- Possess a comprehensive understanding of hospital applicant requirements, job descriptions, and qualifications.

- Build and sustain relationships with industry contacts to enhance customer service, gain insights, and generate referrals.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and email applications.
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is essential.
- A desire to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion in achieving goals.
