Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client partners to identify and deliver the right talent for their organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients alongside the Business Development team.
  • Work closely with candidates to understand their personal, professional, and financial drivers.
  • Serve as a strategic partner, providing guidance on talent strategy and workforce planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to deliver strategic insights to clients.
  • Promote clients' employer brands to attract top talent and advise on enhancing market positioning.
  • Source and connect with talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo Recruiter.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.
  • Position yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on industry insights and hiring trends.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations as needed.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to inform search strategies and measure success.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and new sourcing techniques.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Background in retained or technical search preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, ATS, CRM, and remote candidate engagement tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
