Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to be part of a learning environment that fosters growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, hire, and retain top healthcare professionals, utilizing your expertise in recruitment strategies, market research, and sourcing methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify, evaluate, and hire top healthcare professionals.
  • Research market trends and adapt sourcing methods to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand current needs and develop effective recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with new hires, providing support throughout the recruitment process and beyond.
  • Evaluate qualifications of applicants and refer top candidates to hiring managers.
Requirements
  • Previous hospital or nursing recruitment experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Taleo and high-volume recruiting preferred.
