Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Coach to join our team. As a Sales Performance Coach, you will work closely with site Supervisors to execute daily plans and drive improved sales performance from Agents/Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Agents/Representatives in real-time, facilitating coaching calibrations in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors to instill the Everise culture in a team that is focused and motivated.
  • Partner with site Supervisors and Operations Manager to prioritize coaching efforts and improve overall team performance.
  • Meet bi-lingual criteria for Specialists/Coaches working with bi-lingual Agents/Representatives.
Requirements
  • Applicable health insurance license
  • Previous Call Center Experience
  • A minimum of one season of UHC Sales licensed experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual (English - Spanish) preferred
