Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional

What You'll Do:
- Help clients identify prime investment properties and development opportunities.
- Leverage your market knowledge to guide clients through commercial transactions.
- Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
What You'll Need:
- A current real estate license (or the drive and ability to get one-we can help).
- A passion for sales and a knack for building strong business relationships.
- Local market expertise or the eagerness to become an expert quickly.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.
- Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision.
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.
- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data.
- Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth.
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job or the motivation to get one.
- Some knowledge of marketing and advertising.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language.
- Proven negotiating and communication skills.
- Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient.
