  • Handle all incoming calls and emails via our Member Center phone line and inbox, providing timely and effective support.
Qualifications
  • Relevant degree preferred, but not required.
  • No experience necessary, but a strong interest in healthcare is a plus.
  • Hospital experience (internship or work) and a strong interest in healthcare are strongly preferred.
  • Superior communication skills, strong collaboration and teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills, with the ability to react positively to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • An uncompromising commitment to quality and a passion for healthcare.
Compensation

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate, and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
