The Strategic Accounts Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with AOA's Elite Customers. As the primary contact for our Elite accounts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with said accounts through delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients remain satisfied with our products and services.

The Strategic Accounts Representative will also be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities to grow revenue both within your Elite accounts and through new opportunities with existing or new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with key decision makers within existing Elite accounts like Orthodontists, Practice Managers, and Lab Assistants.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing Elite accounts.
  • Onboard new elite accounts and DSOs through leads and communication with Ormco Field Representatives.
  • Conduct monthly funnel reviews with Ormco Field Representatives.
  • Travel to Customers and potential Customers to onboard large opportunities if needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development or a Clinical role.
  • Dental or orthodontic industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Oracle ERP experience is a plus.

Territory/Travel:

  • This position will be remotely based and requires travel to industry shows, lab visits for training, occasional visits to top customers and potential customers.
  • Annual travel expectations would be roughly 35%.

Target Market Salary Range:

  • Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; performance; The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
