We are excited to expand our team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will leverage their friendly demeanor to create a lasting first impression for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for checking in guests, registering them, and serving as a knowledgeable resource about the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in discovering their ideal experiences
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest
  • Manage guest check-ins, ensuring proper payment and fulfilling special requests
  • Address and resolve guest issues, aiming to exceed their expectations
  • Promote and sell special hotel programs
  • Collaborate professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed
  • Stay informed about emergency procedures and policies
  • Maintain the house bank accurately
  • Communicate essential information to the manager on duty
  • Follow established procedures for transactions and refunds

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A strong desire to positively impact others
  • An outgoing and engaging personality
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shifts
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
