Your Opportunity:

We seek enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will leverage their friendly demeanor to create lasting impressions for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for checking in guests, registering them, and serving as a knowledgeable resource regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in discovering their ideal getaway
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine engagement
  • Facilitate guest check-ins, ensuring proper credit, noting special requests, and providing accurate information
  • Address and resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Promote and inform guests about special hotel programs
  • Collaborate professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed
  • Stay informed about emergency procedures and policies
  • Manage house bank effectively
  • Communicate essential information to the manager on duty
  • Adhere to procedures for transactions, including posting charges and processing refunds

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A strong desire to positively impact others
  • An outgoing and engaging personality
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to stand for the duration of shifts
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
