About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Flood Mitigation Analyst to work with our Community Rating System (CRS) program. The CRS is a voluntary incentive program that recognizes and encourages community floodplain management activities that exceed the minimum requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).

The ideal candidate will have a college degree in business, engineering or similar discipline, and/or proven experience in flood plain mitigation. Excellent math, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for this role.

This position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
