About the Role

Pkaza LLC is a third-party employment firm representing leading companies in the mission-critical facilities industry. We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Risk Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' construction projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing compliance with OSHA and local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

A salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 per annum, plus benefits package including medical insurance and 401(k) plan, will be offered to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute EHS plans to align with project goals and regional strategies, evaluating and addressing operational EHS risks, designing and implementing mitigation programs to minimize impact.
  • Collaborate with the site safety committee to drive engagement and continuous improvement, supporting risk and hazard assessments to proactively identify potential safety concerns.
  • Interface with the construction management team to provide timely data on EHS performance, including trends, incident reports, and key safety metrics.
