Job Overview
Sutton Bank is a leading financial institution seeking an experienced Information Security Risk Analyst to join its team. As a liaison between the Information Security Office and department executives, this role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of technical frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and FFIEC.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field, with three years of combined experience in requirements development, operations analysis, business management consulting, project management, testing controls, or enterprise risk management. A valid Ohio driver's license is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess business requirements to support the organization.
  • Identify and catalogue controls based on technical frameworks.
  • Catalogue, test, and monitor controls.
  • Create and perform gap analysis to mitigate identified risks.
  • Develop project plans and manage projects.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at both business and technical levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement and process mapping.
  • Strong leadership skills, dependable, curious, matrix-oriented, solution-oriented, and quality-focused.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the FinTech industry.
  • Project management skills.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
