**Job Summary**: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth through both PBE and Retail channels in NAM. This role will involve collaborating with Retail sales leads to support retailers and create consumer demand through targeted consumer marketing, as well as devising plans to retain and grow existing customer bases and develop new sectors and customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Retail Marketing role with proven success leading digital initiatives within a global organization. Strong analytical skills, creative and media planning development, agency management, and technical proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential for this position. Leadership and team-building orientation, as well as the ability to multi-task in project management, are also required.

This role requires approximately 20-30% travel. The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
