At Flashfood, we're revolutionizing how grocery retailers tackle food waste while driving profitability and community impact. As the Senior Grocery Marketing Strategist for our B2B portfolio, you'll spearhead efforts to win the hearts and minds of grocers across North America, building awareness and delivering qualified marketing leads (MQLs). With a focus on content, storytelling, events, partnerships, and out-of-the-box thinking, this role will be critical to delivering on Flashfood's ambitious growth targets in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Create and execute impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business goals to generate awareness and leads.
    • Develop a robust content marketing strategy and production engine that resonates with grocers and drives inbound demand.
    • Owning and building out a world-class B2B marketing function.
  • Digital, CRM & Analytics:
    • Oversee paid digital campaigns, working closely with freelancers and/or vendors to drive efficiency in SEM, paid social, programmatic and other channels as identified.
    • In tandem with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, build out our B2B CRM strategy and calendar, owning content and segmentation.
    • Ensure trackability and visibility on all key metrics, working with our data and rev ops resources to ensure necessary dashboards are in place.
  • Events Management:
    • Work closely with Comms leadership to ensure Flashfood leaves a lasting impression at key industry events.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute a best-in-class schedule for industry trade shows, vendor showcases, and partner events.
    • Maximize event ROI through pre-event outreach, on-site activations, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Partnerships & Sales Enablement:
    • Work closely with sales and comms to ensure that we are maximizing association relationships and strategic partnerships that will feed our growth.
    • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and account management teams to deliver content and materials that delight prospects and partners alike.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with experience specifically in grocery or retail industries.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing KPI-driven marketing programs that exceed lead generation and sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and hands-on experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that drives action.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics and A/B testing tools, along with SEO tooling and CMS experience.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on campaign performance metrics.
  • Passion for sustainability and Flashfood's mission of reducing food waste.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience.
