The Risk Management Association is seeking a skilled Business Development Marketing Strategist to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven marketing professional to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a deep understanding of the business, assessing current marketing strategies and creating campaign plans for products and services.
  • Plan, develop, execute, measure, optimize, and manage budgets for integrated campaigns aimed at member acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize full-funnel campaigns, evaluating performance across goals and channels.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to further develop processes and practices for lead qualification, reporting, sales enablement, and measurement.
  • Build campaigns with focused tactics and realistic objectives, determining budget requirements and delivering within budget.
  • Ensure marketing strategy and objectives are clearly communicated and vetted across internal and external teams to achieve team alignment and shared goals.
  • Compile and communicate regular reports of campaign performance and results to various stakeholders.
  • Formulate and document campaign recommendations and requirements: marketing roadmaps, strategic briefs, campaign briefs, etc.
  • Serve as a key point of contact in Marketing for product development, relationship management, and project management leads, to ensure execution of programs to achieve their business goals.
  • Work closely with content leaders to make valuable content a foundation of marketing outreach.
  • Constantly seek market and industry data and competitive research to assess campaign performance and market share, developing new ideas to lead the organization forward.
  • Create an inspiring team culture that values diversity and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record in product marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech, that generates strong business results.
  • Ability to think strategically, communicate persuasively, and ensure excellent execution, including rolling up sleeves as needed to create and send campaigns.
  • Analytical thinking with new ideas for data-driven marketing programs.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented, results-driven attitude; hard worker and quick learner.
  • Experience pitching big ideas and making good use of feedback a must.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create holistic, omni-channel promotional campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
