Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service requests and the flow of customer interactions, ensuring prompt and courteous service delivery.
  • Take initiative to enhance the customer experience by completing additional tasks that contribute to a positive dealership impression.
  • Serve as the primary contact between customers and the service department.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure seamless service.
  • Monitor and optimize the scheduling of technicians' time to maximize service efficiency.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Scores in alignment with company benchmarks.
  • Coordinate schedules and delegate tasks within the service team.
  • Uphold company policies and standards consistently.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and promote a collaborative team atmosphere.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
  • Possess an organized and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Team-oriented and self-driven individual.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
