About Our Emergency DepartmentWe have a 10-bed general emergency department dedicated to serving the Nogales, AZ, and surrounding communities. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team on a PRN days basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities- Assess and coordinate patient care needs with the healthcare team
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and provision of ordered treatments
- Document patient care in the healthcare record
- Participate in care coordination and transition planning
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license
- 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an Emergency, Critical Care, Telemetry RN, or MSO RN role
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
