Automotive Paint Process Specialist
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Venteon is actively seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Process Specialist to join a dynamic manufacturing team.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical, automation, chemical engineering, or a related field is essential.
At least 3 years of experience in paint plant processes within the automotive sector is required.
A minimum of 5 years in a comparable position is also necessary.
Willingness to travel is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the analysis of production challenges related to productivity and quality, recommending effective corrective actions to enhance processes according to global standards.
- Participate actively in project meetings.
- Work closely with Product Engineers to apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/A) principles, enhancing process productivity and minimizing costs.
- Contribute to the quoting process for new initiatives, evaluating product designs to ensure optimal industrialization and analyzing associated costs and investments.
- Involve in research and development projects for new products, providing necessary process-oriented solutions.
- Join benchmarking teams to assess process-related issues.
- Investigate and develop innovative technologies for production processes aimed at improving existing methodologies.
- Recommend enhancements to current process standards.
