Position Overview:

  • Supervise commercial and civil engineering projects.
  • Review project estimates, understand contract scopes, and manage site requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly site meetings, conduct daily site visits, assess project scopes, and respond to proposal requests.
  • Direct field personnel to meet productivity standards.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, scope boundaries, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam software for effective project management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in takeoff processes and interpreting contractual plans and specifications, including AIA contracts and Civil Design Disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of earthwork and site utility installation methods.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and construction management software.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering impactful presentations.
  • Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to quality outcomes.
