This Strategic Account Manager position offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in digital transformation and enterprise managed services. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing sales plans and forecasts, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Traveling up to 50% of the time, you will represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and trade shows, showcasing our expertise and building credibility with key stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of Sales/Account Executive Experience. Your expertise in selling annuity-based support and managed services solutions, as well as your knowledge of IT technology, solutions, and services, will be invaluable in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Strong people and business leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in NetSuite or other CRM systems and Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) are essential for this position.
