Job Title: Director of Employee Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Employee Benefits to join our team at Susan G. Komen. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering our comprehensive employee benefits program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement benefits strategies to support the organization's overall goals and objectives
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA
  • Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure seamless integration of benefits with other HR processes
  • Design and implement wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being
  • Develop and manage budgets for employee benefits and wellness programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a multi-state employer
  • Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
