Role SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated professional to fill the role of Client Engagement Presentation Specialist within our Wealth Management Marketing team.
This role involves managing our presentation system, which is essential for introducing, deepening, and proposing to prospects and clients from a content perspective.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with key client-facing advisors and subject matter experts to refine our presentation strategy, focusing on client narratives and their specific needs.
- Enhance the visualization of our value proposition, tailoring it to individual client requirements in partnership with product marketing and creative teams.
- Monitor presentation development and usage, sharing insights on effective practices across client-facing teams while ensuring quality control of our internal sales repository.
- Co-manage the roadmap for our presentation tool, ensuring continuous improvement in usability for the front office.
- Drive a structured process to ensure timely delivery, meticulous execution, and strong content mastery.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have 7-10 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably within the financial services or wealth management sector. This experience should enable you to understand client needs and effective engagement strategies.
Key qualifications include:
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process in Wealth Management, understanding the journey from prospect to client and client to advocate.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and other media that facilitate meaningful conversations.
- A self-starter mentality, capable of working independently and leading projects with minimal oversight in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe software.
- A genuine interest in enhancing the impact of our wealth management client services.
