As a Client Engagement Specialist at NAAMA, your primary responsibility will be to convert potential clients into confirmed appointments through various communication channels. This role is essential for both attracting new clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion:
    • Interact with potential clients via phone, messaging apps, live chat, and email to facilitate bookings while meeting established performance metrics.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Continuously monitor and follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • KPI Tracking:
    • Regularly assess performance against targets to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Consultation Follow-up:
    • Engage with clients post-consultation to encourage package sales.
  • Client Education:
    • Provide clear and professional information to clients regarding the booking and tattoo removal processes, addressing any inquiries promptly.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and other pertinent information in our CRM and scheduling systems.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the studio team to ensure successful conversions from consultations to package sales.
  • Market Insights:
    • Identify and report on trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in the Med Spa or Aesthetics sector is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in a med spa context, is preferred.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a strong problem-solving capability.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zenoti, is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
