Business Analyst - Workday Expert

IntePros is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Workday Recruitment and Onboarding to support our highly recognized healthcare client in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will play a key role in organizational change by defining needs, recommending solutions, and supporting project management activities for key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project elements including business case development, requirements elicitation and analysis, communication, testing, and training.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of strategic and support plans.
  • Lead request for proposal (RFP) activities, including developing functional requirements, vendor scorecards, criteria and scoring results, demo scenarios, and scoring results.
  • Oversee the collection and delivery of requirements, business/use cases, documentation, test plans, cases, scripts, management, and approvals.
  • Support the execution of process improvement initiatives by creating process flow charts, value stream mapping, and related documentation.
  • Facilitate the creation and use of measurement activities required to report on project effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and other success metrics.
  • Assist in project documentation management based on the needs of each project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to improve project and program delivery quality.
  • Assist in the education and promotion of methodologies and processes to stakeholders across the institute.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and training related to business analysis, project management, and stakeholder activities.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of change management principles.
  • Intermediate understanding of healthcare or research operations and systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of risk management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques and principles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong influencing skills to accomplish tasks outside the direct span of control.

Education and Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree.
  • At least five (5) years of business analysis experience.
  • Preferred Education: Advanced degree in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
