About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Engineer to join our team at Comcast Corporation. As a key member of our Workforce Services Integration Team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting new integrations within the Workday system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, build, and support new integrations within the Workday system.
  • Participate in Workday integration technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation.
  • Extend applications on Workday.
  • Develop, test, and document Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and other domains.
  • Collaborate with Workday functional team members to translate business requirements into integrated solutions.
  • Assist with training non-technical personnel.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, OAuth-based API Outbound, Payroll batch updates inbound from file as well as API, Complex XSLT transformation, Studio starter kit, Prism integrations, Core Connector, and Workday Extend.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least 2 of the functional modules: Payroll, Core HCM, Learning, Talent management, Compensation.
  • Good hands-on experience with complex advanced reports, Calculated fields, EIB & SFTP transmissions.
  • Exposure to all Workday APIs and working through Postman for any vendor APIs.
Soft Skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams on a given day.
  • Good documentation of development, design, and testing.
