We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Engineer to join our team at Comcast Corporation. As a key member of our Workforce Services Integration Team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting new integrations within the Workday system.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, design, build, and support new integrations within the Workday system.
- Participate in Workday integration technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation.
- Extend applications on Workday.
- Develop, test, and document Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and other domains.
- Collaborate with Workday functional team members to translate business requirements into integrated solutions.
- Assist with training non-technical personnel.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the design process and guidance on practices, procedures, and techniques.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
- Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio-based integrations, including OAuth-based API outbound, payroll batch updates inbound from file and API, complex XSLT transformation, Studio starter kit, and Prism integrations.
- Good hands-on experience with Core Connector (Worker, Org, and Position).
- In-depth knowledge of at least two functional modules, including Payroll, Core HCM, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, and Advanced Reports.
- Good hands-on experience with complex advanced reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, and SFTP transmissions.
- Exposure to all Workday APIs and working through Postman for any vendor APIs.
- Workday Extend hands-on experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of GitHub is a plus.
