Workday Integration Developer

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to join our HRIT team. This role will be responsible for developing and providing production support for our Workday integrations across our HR technology stack between BBH and our 3rd party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new and modify existing integrations from Workday to internal and external clients using Workday technologies.
  • Provide production support for clients on Workday integrations and HR related applications.
  • Collaborate with HRBT, HR and Systems on the setup and maintenance of the SSO configurations for the HR technology stack.
  • Partner with business clients to gather and document business requirements.
  • Participate in walk-throughs which review integration changes, source code, and all technical supporting documentation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years relevant experience with Workday Studio.
  • 5+ years relevant experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Java.
  • Experience with HR systems and solutions such as Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS or SAP HCM.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile learner; desire to learn new skills, self-sufficient in seeking out colleague support.
