About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Engineer to join our team at Comcast Corporation. As a key member of our Workforce Services Integration Team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting new integrations within the Workday system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, build, and support new integrations within the Workday system.
  • Participate in Workday integration technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation.
  • Extend applications on Workday.
  • Develop, test, and document Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and other domains.
  • Collaborate with Workday functional team members to translate business requirements into integrated solutions.
  • Assist with training non-technical personnel.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the design process and guidance on practices, procedures, and techniques.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio-based integrations, including OAuth-based API outbound, payroll batch updates inbound from file and API, complex XSLT transformation, Studio starter kit, and Prism integrations.
  • Good hands-on experience with Core Connector (Worker, Org, and Position).
  • In-depth knowledge of at least two functional modules, including Payroll, Core HCM, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, and Financials.
  • Good hands-on experience with complex advanced reports, Calculated fields, EIB, and SFTP transmissions.
  • Exposure to all Workday APIs and working through Postman for any vendor APIs.
  • Workday Extend hands-on experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of GitHub is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Good communication and coordination.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Work with multiple teams on a given day.
  • Good documentation of development, design, and testing.
