Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily management of all outsourced functions in accordance with established protocols.
  • Develop and enforce Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) for all outsourced operations, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
  • Evaluate, scrutinize, and provide feedback on Broadridge Standard Operating Procedures and daily outputs, collaborating with Broadridge and internal teams to address concerns and resolve incidents.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to streamline processes and controls with a focus on simplification, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor Service Level Agreements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits, conduct Risk Assessments, and ensure all findings are addressed promptly.
  • Participate in regular governance meetings with service providers, ensuring issues are documented, procedural changes are discussed, and audit outcomes are reviewed and acted upon.
  • Maintain a robust control environment through the review and dissemination of policy updates, identification of SOX/RACA requirements, creation of controls, adequacy assessments, and governance documentation maintenance.
  • Review and validate invoices from agents prior to processing for approval and payment.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of outsourced and offshored functions, focusing on risks, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Authorize cash wire transfers and journal entries to the firm's General Ledger.
  • Manage month-end cash adjustments and reconciliation processes in collaboration with Financial Reporting and Regulatory teams.
